NexoPilotAI operates Nexo Pilot AI and is responsible for information submitted through this portal's form. The form asks for your name, email address, app or topic, message and consent. We use this information to receive, review and answer inquiries and to protect the form against abuse. Do not include passwords, card numbers or sensitive financial information. Inquiries are stored in a private inbox using Cloudflare D1; the portal runs on Cloudflare Workers. A Nexo Pilot AI technician reviews the inbox. To reply, the technician may use a private temporary Google Gmail account that is not published; Google processes information included in those emails. The form is not live chat and does not send automatic alerts to the team. In the portal database, a resolved inquiry becomes due for deletion 24 months after it is marked resolved. Reading it does not start the period. A scheduled cleanup runs daily and deletes due inquiries during its next run; cleanup may also run when a new inquiry arrives. Inquiries that remain open stay available for handling. This period applies to portal inbox records; technical logs and backup copies kept by providers may follow separate retention periods and are not covered by this deletion. To limit abusive submissions, the system creates an identifier using a hash of the IP address; the application does not store the raw IP address in the portal database. Cloudflare may process connection data under its own policies and terms. For internal analytics, the portal counts visible loads of app detail pages and link openings in aggregate; it does not build visitor profiles or store IP addresses for these statistics. If subscription analytics are enabled, the portal receives signed payment-provider events and stores a one-way hashed subscription identifier, plan, status and update date, without names, email addresses or card data. Inactive records become eligible for deletion after 24 months and are removed during the next analytics query or received subscription event. These metrics count active or trialing subscriptions and may be unavailable when an integration has not been configured. If you enable news or podcast alerts, we store the contact information you provide, your selected channel, regions, content types and language so we can send only the alerts you selected. A subscription remains inactive until you confirm the contact; you can cancel it using the link included in alerts. When configured, Resend processes email and Twilio processes SMS or WhatsApp; those providers may process data under their own policies. SMS or WhatsApp alerts may incur carrier charges. Pending confirmations expire after 24 hours; confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Do not include sensitive financial information. You may use this form to request access to, correction of or deletion of a portal inquiry. A technician will review the request and may ask for reasonable information to verify it. Data in Fieldquote AI and Money Pilot AI is covered by each app's privacy notice; contact that app's Technical Support through its own website to manage it. After cancelling your subscription, you may ask the app’s Technical Support to delete the data associated with your account. Cancellation alone does not delete it. The app will confirm the request’s scope and timing; this portal does not control external copies, technical logs or backups subject to their own retention periods. Portal operator: NexoPilotAI. Inquiries are reviewed by a Nexo Pilot AI technician. No physical address or support email is published; use the portal form. If Google Analytics 4 is configured, the site loads it only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures visits and interactions, such as page views, scrolls and outbound link clicks. Google may process online identifiers and browser, device and usage information to provide these measurements, under Google’s privacy terms. You can refuse or change your choice using Privacy settings on the site; withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes Google Analytics cookies where possible. Google may retain information under its own policies. For security and abuse prevention, when an authenticated external publisher creates a news post through the publishing API, NexoPilotAI records the publication date and time, title, and request IP address in operational logs. Access to this API is restricted by a secret key; do not include sensitive personal or financial information in news submissions.
